Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email of your refund status.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of our error (e.g., wrong or defective item sent).

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We will replace the product or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
